Our showroom is now open for demonstrations and general shopping.

Customers are encouraged to wear a face mask but this isn't mandatory. We have hand sanitiser available - all products and surfaces are regularly cleaned.

Installations are being undertaken by our team - we have carried out a COVID risk assessment and are working in line with government advice.

We continue to be offering deliveries from our website at this time so long as our suppliers remain able to provide us with our products.

Please note : Due to the high volume of orders, we are currently experiencing short delays in the warehouse - this is so we can continue to operate safely and also manage stock appropriately with our suppliers.

If you find you have a technical fault with a product you have purchased or need technical advice, rather than return to store, please contact our Returns team directly on 01757 826111.

Please note that DPD our parcel-shipping partner, is no longer offering the Ship to Shop service, where parcels are delivered to local shops instead of the customer's home address.
