Though a small business - we aim to be competitive where we possibly can.
We will be happy to offer you a price for your existing product(s) to aid towards the purchase of your new item(s) if you are looking to spend over £2500.
Below this amount, we find it rarely benefits the customer with transaction charges, courier charges etc for us to take equipment in.
To be eligible - please send us to our email address:
- Photographs of the units you wish to part exchange
- Details of the age, any warranty repairs
- Confirmation that all accessories are present and if the item is in it's original box
- Item(s) you wish to part exchange against from the Yorkshire AV store
Please note - we can only honour exchanges where the goods are less than 50% the value of the overall sale.
Sadly we cannot accept goods that are not in their original packaging or where there is limited/no market demand or sales history for a product.
Providing there is the margin within the sale - we'll price match any genuine bricks and mortar authorised retailer who confirms they have stock of the chosen product(s). We do not price match during part-exchanges - discounts with part-exchange affects our cash flow - as a small business, we've found this not to be sustainable with a difficult second hand market (due to the competitive prices we pay).
In order for us to price match - please drop us an email with the product(s) you've seen elsewhere, along with the retailer or, where there is a custom quote - a copy of that original quote.
Omissions not accepted - we have to be able to validate the quote is real.
Terms and Conditions
- Products must be like for like i.e. the same make, model and finish, brand new, boxed, carry a comparable guarantee, verified in stock by Yorkshire AV staff and at the quoted price at the time of purchase.
- Excludes retailers that only accept BACS payment or are online only.
- Valid quote required that we can verify with the retailer.
- Not available on special orders or finance sales.
- Only available on each model on a 'one per customer / household' basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse a Price Match where we suspect an offer isn’t genuine, stock not available at the offer price, or a pricing error.
