Yorkshire AV offer a trial at home service for 14 days for product(s) available in our store.

Your trial starts from the time of delivery. Product(s) will be collected on the 14th day as arranged with yourselves. A failed collection incurs a charge of £25.00.

For items that are not returned - we shall retain your payment and assume you are happy with the product.

Note - where we don't have a product in stock or not a unit out on display, there may be a delay whilst we source a component for you.

Where it's not feasible for us to loan you a particular item - we'll let you know as soon as possible or search for altnerative products that are appropriate for you.

Shipping costs are charged for each product that is loaned - we'll advise you of costs up front. Charges are for the delivery, the collection and the re-delivery to us.

For a set of speakers, this charge is typically £40.00 inc VAT.

You are welcome to collect / return the product(s) in person to save on these fees.

We charge an administration fee where products are loaned but a purchase is not made. This fee is 2% of the item value - and covers out time and wear/tear on the product/packaging. We have to purchase all of our equipment and this fee helps us maintain a quality level of stock and products being available.

If a purchase is made - there is no administration fee and the courier charges are halved.
