With DALI's 35+ years of experience in creating high quality loudspeakers, we decided to use our passion and expertise to create the wireless DALI IO-4 - dedicated to today’s music lovers.

With our passion for music reproduction, we were convinced that we could do with headphones what we have done with speakers; provide a better sounding product that delivers music experiences superior to the established competition.

Headphones are essentially a pair of small loudspeakers mounted on your head. They are your personal set of portable hi-fi speakers that enable you to take that authentic DALI sound with you wherever you go.

The DALI IO-4's are intended to be the perfect travel companion for those ‘on the go’ situations.

The DALI difference
Highly regarded for their home hi-fi speakers, DALI headphones seek a similar balance from their headphones. Using custom-designed, 50mm paper fibre drive units, the IO-4s achieve the true DALI sound. Natural yet dynamic and with very low distortion and colouration to the sound, theses DALI headphones let you hear right into the heart of the music.

Bluetooth wireless connection
Featuring a top quality Bluetooth connection, the DALI IO-4 headphones make the perfect match for your smartphone, portable Hi-Res player or other suitable. Compatible with Bluetooth aptX, aptX HD and Apple AAC, these headphones get the highest quality wireless connection your device allows. If you prefer a wired connection, the IO-4 is also supplied with USB-C and analogue 3.5mm cables.

Class-leading 60 hours battery life
Unlike many wireless headphones that need charging every week, the 60 hour battery life on these ‘phones could keep you going for weeks on end. What’s more, a full recharge takes just two hours via the standard USB-C connector. Connect the 3.5mm analogue cable and they’ll run in passive mode, without the need for any battery charge.

Designed for comfort
For maximum comfort, the IO-4’s ear pads are made from memory foam. The pads are covered in soft, synthetic leather, giving a comfortable and hardwearing finish. The headband is also padded and, with the tilt adjustable earpads, a comfortable fit is guaranteed.

Items are posted Tuesday - Friday with DPD or other couriers (based on the item size/weight). Certain items are shipped as freight if over 30kg and may take 2-3 days to be delivered. Please contact us to confirm stock availability and shipping leadtimes.

Our cut-off for same day dispatch of in-stock products is 1pm. Collection in store may be available if stock isn't in our central warehouse.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts for 28 days for all items in our store except those defined in section (1) below.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you return the item to us within 14 days of purchasing, you will be offered a full refund or exchange. If your return comes to us after 14 days of purchasing and is opened, we will refund the full amount less 20%. Unused items returned up to 28 days after purchasing will be fully refunded.

You must ensure goods are shipped in their original packaging if they are damaged/not working. Manufacturers will not accept returns and Yorkshire AV can not be held responsible for any damage in transit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Those that are bespoke items or those that we've had to request in for you.
