With the PHANTOM K-80, it’s all about big sound. Drawing on every part of its 8” woofer, it will fill even very large rooms with sound, while keeping the bass under control. This makes it perfect as the main loudspeakers in a living room setup for either a stereo setup or a home cinema surround system.

The PHANTOM K series
The DALI PHANTOM K-80 is designed for optimum in-ceiling use, but will also work if mounted in-wall. It is all about true hi-fi sound, versatility, and flexibility. The compact sized construction and the easy-to-use compass positioning system makes placing the speaker for the optimum sound experience very straight forward. Two discreet switches offer audio adjustment options to ensure that the listener gets the most from the speakers, even in rooms that traditionally are difficult.

The tilted woofer and the slightly of centre soft dome tweeter, blends gracefully and produces a richly detailed and crisp soundstage. 

The DALI PHANTOM K-80 is upgraded with a wood fibre cone and improved magnet motor system for a better low end. The 8” woofer will fill even large rooms with sound, while keeping the bass under control. The speaker is designed for optimum in-ceiling use. This is an upgraded speaker over the standard E-80.

These are ideally used for DOLBY ATMOS installation when partnered with DALI Opticon MK2 or better speakers, or Phantom M-250 or better in-wall speakers.

The PHANTOM K-80 introduces improvements to the basic design of the front baffle by adding extra thickness to the outer edges for a tighter and more secure fit against the mounting area. This also helps the overall strength and rigidity of the speaker.

The dogleg mounting system makes the install process an easy one step action. Simply insert the PHANTOM K-80 in the prepared mounting area, and from the front of the speaker tighten the dedicated screws to swing out the dogleg brackets and tighten them against the back of the mounting surface. If the mounting surface is extra thick reversing the dogleg makes it possible to expand the mounting grip to 70mm.

The PHANTOM K-80 front grilles have been updated to meet the style demands of the install customer. The new sleek design helps the speaker integrate perfectly into the surroundings.

FLEXIBILITY IN FUNCTION

The PHANTOM series is easy to place anywhere in any room, and will even work perfectly off-axis in challenging situations and environments due to two audio settings used for adjusting the performance of the speaker.

The very thin magnetic front grilles integrates almost seamlessly into any home environment.

EASY INSTALLATION

The dogleg mounting system makes the install process an easy one-step action simply by tightening the dedicated screws to swing out the dogleg brackets.

WIDE DISPERSION

All speakers by DALI are designed around the principle of wide dispersion. This entails an off-axis optimisation of the audio reproduction. The technology is perfect for use in install speakers, since they are always mounted flush against either a wall or ceiling.

Items are posted Tuesday - Friday with DPD or other couriers (based on the item size/weight). Certain items are shipped as freight if over 30kg and may take 2-3 days to be delivered. Please contact us to confirm stock availability and shipping leadtimes.

Our cut-off for same day dispatch of in-stock products is 1pm. Collection in store may be available if stock isn't in our central warehouse.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts for 28 days for all items in our store except those defined in section (1) below.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you return the item to us within 14 days of purchasing, you will be offered a full refund or exchange. If your return comes to us after 14 days of purchasing and is opened, we will refund the full amount less 20%. Unused items returned up to 28 days after purchasing will be fully refunded.

You must ensure goods are shipped in their original packaging if they are damaged/not working. Manufacturers will not accept returns and Yorkshire AV can not be held responsible for any damage in transit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Those that are bespoke items or those that we've had to request in for you.
