Terms and Conditions for Yorkshire AV Trade-Up Scheme

1. Eligibility
   The scheme is available to all customers of Yorkshire AV. To qualify, customers must trade in their existing speakers in good working condition with full original packaging.

2. Trade-In Requirements

   • The traded speakers must be in good working condition.
   • The original packaging must be provided.
   • The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase must be available upon request.

3. Offer Details

   • Customers can receive up to 50% off any purchase of Perlisten Audio products when trading in their existing speakers.
   • Yorkshire AV will provide the customer with a full refund up to a maximum contribution of 50% of the total purchase price, based on the value of the traded speakers.

4. Calculation of Contribution

   • The contribution amount will be equal to the original purchase price of the traded speakers, provided they are in good condition and with original packaging.
   • For example, if the original speaker purchase price was £6,000 and the customer spends £12,000 or more on new Perlisten Audio products, they will receive a contribution of £6,000 towards their new purchase.

5. Maximum Contribution

   • The maximum contribution available per trade-in is capped at 50% of the purchase price of the new products.
   • The scheme is subject to available stock and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

6. Redemption Process

   • Customers must present their traded speakers in person at Yorkshire AV and provide proof of original purchase. We can arrange a collection with chosen couriers if this is more convenient for you.
   • The scheme offer will be applied at the point of sale.

7. General Terms

   • The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions unless expressly stated.
   • Yorkshire AV reserves the right to refuse any trade-in that does not meet the criteria.
   • Only one trade-in per customer per transaction is permitted.
   • The scheme is non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Legal

   • Yorkshire AV shall not be liable for any damage or loss of traded speakers during transportation or handling before assessment.
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
