Who are DALI and the technology they use?

DALI stands for Danish Audiophile Loudspeaker Industries, a Danish manufacturer of high-end loudspeakers. The company was founded in 1983 by Peter Lyngdorf, as an attempt to comply with the still increasing demands on audio quality from the Hi-Fi community. With this demand he went on to create some incredible products and technology within them, eventually going on to using the SMC and the soft dome with super tweet which is now a standard through all of their speakers.

The Rubicon range uses a bunch of technology from the Previous Flagship range, Epicon using the same wood fiber SMC technology you find in their Epicon range which was in-fact the first range from Dali to use the SMC driver type, this worked wonders with lowering distortion levels compared to competitors driver types. You get a lot of speaker when it comes to the price of the Rubicon range, which is now even cheaper when you trade up your old loudspeakers.
